INDIAN railway after Independence .....

(GIP) railway was 5000 kilometers and the Bombay Baroda Central Railway had 5450 kilometers long railway line !! Would you be surprised to know that the Nizam of Hyderabad had its private 2100 km long railway at that time which was for its own private use. Not only this, the king of Jodhpur also had a 1200-kilometer long line. All the kings and Nizam used to think their own railway as their symbol. In the Sangli of Maharashtra, the cipher was 6 kilometers long.



   GIP Railway had a specialty that the company ran a special train called Sunny Puri "Poona Race" from Saturn Sun Mumbai. At that time in Pune

When horse racing was done, all the jawans used to go to Pune from the same train. TheY  also released their poster, which had the first class facility.
